1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Apex Freight Systems for logistics, cross-docking, or over-dimensional transport services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all freight contracts executed out of our Chicago, IL operations hub.

2. Freight Dimensions & Accuracy

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate weight, dimension, and center-of-gravity data prior to dispatch. Failure to provide accurate information that results in DOT non-compliance, bridge law violations, or required rerouting will result in additional operational fees.

3. Surcharges & Rates

All quoted rates are subject to weekly fuel surcharge adjustments based on the national average. Fees for necessary escort vehicles, municipal route surveys, and state permits are billed as incurred unless a flat-rate contract is previously executed.

4. Liability

Apex Freight Systems operates in full compliance with FMCSA regulations. Liability for cargo damage is limited to the terms specified in the individual Bill of Lading (BOL) and our active insurance bonds.
